PremiumVIVAnews -Jakarta is ranked the most protruding in the list of user satisfaction, because road traffic congestion and public transport density. Other towns in the red list was Seoul, South Korea, and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Road user satisfaction levels are very low in Jakarta revealed the results of the survey Journey Experience Index, Frost & Sullivan, a company specializing in the field of industry and consulting services.
From the data they have, the level of satisfaction of road users in Jakarta only 30.5 points, Seoul 35.5 and Rio de Jeneiro 45.5 points. While three of the most rewarding ranking is Copenhagen, Seattle, and Sydney.
The survey also measured from the level of speed, cost of travel, leisure, and experience overall. Held in September 2010 to February 2011 involving 14,771 respondents from 23 major cities of the world. This is also to track mobility 27,600 users of public transport.
Vivek Vaidya, Vice President of Automotive & Transportation Practice, Asia Pacific, Frost & Sullivan, said, this survey is the first to give an idea of how people travel globally, with the problems they face, and also the solution they want.
