PremiumVIVAnews -Central Jakarta District Court held a hearing on the case of alleged smuggling iPad with defendant Randy Lester Samu and Dian Yudha, Tuesday 5 July 2011. This is the sixth hearing Randy and Dian was indicted for selling iPad via forums and selling online.
Randy (eyeglasses) and Dian arrived from home Detention Salemba in Central Jakarta District Court with his hands cuffed. See the pictures in this link.
Berkemeja white and black pants, Randy and Dian was attending the trial that mengagendakan listen to witnesses being presented by the Prosecutor. Wife Dian, Galih Nell, became one of the witnesses presented Attorney today. Galih himself departed with Dian and Randy, from Salemba Prison.
Randy and Dian dijerat with article 8 paragraph 1 of ACT No. 8/1999 on the protection of Consumers and article 32 paragraph 1 of law No. 36/1999 of telecommunications. They felt the plot and not knowing there was a rule of law about electronic transactions of goods he had bought in Singapore.
