Convention Adapted for Picts
Through a friendly owl called "Just" CEAPAT Convention presents the easy reading and is developing the 50 articles of this law adapted to the pictograms of ARASAAC. At the end is a glossary to clarify the construction and meaning of some more complex pictograms.
CEAPAT In page appears verbatim this explanation:
" This document is an adaptation of the pictograms of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with disabilities, ratified by Spain, which entered into force on May 3, 2008.
This publication, coordinated and conducted by the CEAPAT-Imserso, in close collaboration with the Aragonese Portal Augmentative and Alternative Communication (Arasaac) and Fundosa Accessibility, allow people who use pictographic system to communicate, access, under equal footing with all citizens, the content of the Convention in language adapted to their needs .
It is a great pleasure to see this adaptation (although it costs a little download it, be patient are 207 pages with many pictures!) and I think it is very successful. Thanks ARASAAC CEAPAT and thanks!
