With the World Cup draw having taken place this past Friday, we now know who’ll be playing who, when the world’s greatest soccer tournament kicks off this June. But what do we really know about these countries, other than that Spain, Germany and England give you the best betting odds?

To answer this question, we tracked down the world’s greatest experts on the sport. And when none of them would return our calls and e-mails, we quickly got frustrated, gave up and instead, came across this, a collection of 30 incredibly patriotic women, all in their home country’s body paint.

So while we’ll leave the Soccer World Cup 2010 up to others, do you really mind?

1. There’s so much love coming out of Argentina right now. She loves her home country and soccer, and well, we love her. The baby blue matches, her, umm, eyes, perfectly. Yeh her eyes. Right.

2. Sure this beauty may have drawn her eye brows on with a charcoal pencil, but you weren’t looking at her eyebrows anyways, were you? Besides, if that look can’t get you interested in this year’s World Cup, well we really don’t know what will.

3. Ok, so Canada might not be in this year’s World Cup, but are you going to be the one to her that? And by the way, who knew under all those layers of clothes, Canadian girls had bodies that looked like this?

4. They say that the most beautiful women in the world come from Sweden, and I for one, am not ready to object. Wait, isn’t Tiger Woods wife from Sweden? Maybe it’s best we just move on.

5. My ohh my. I’d like to tell you where this stunning woman is from, but once we made eye contact, well I kind of lost track of what I was I was supposed to be focusing on. My bad.

6. And since nobody objected, let’s just go ahead and look at another picture again. (By the way, Chile is her home country, if you’re interested. Which honestly I know your not. And it’s ok.)

7. You know, I never thought I was the marrying type, but after seeing her, I think a “Big, Fat, Greek Wedding,” might be in my future.

Pro Evolution Soccer es la saga mejor considerada en términos de realismo futbolístico. Este año PES 2011 va a suponer un impulso definitivo a la serie con más posibilidades, opciones de control y animaciones para reafirmarse como el mejor simulador de fútbol real de la historia de los videojuegos.
PES 2011 introduce una barra de control para cada jugador que permitirá controlar la potencia al milímetro, y el lugar exacto de cada pase o disparo. El balón puede rodar ahora por todo el campo con absoluta precisión. Tiros largos, pases cortos e intrincados regates le permitirán al jugador dictar y controlar el tempo de cada jugada, de todo el partido.
Esta libertad implica también que la decisión sobre cada movimiento dependerá única y exclusivamente del usuario, dejando de lado muchas reacciones automáticas del sistema de IA (inteligencia artificial). Las nuevas rutinas facilitadas completan el control absoluto del usuario y de las acciones que éste elige con la intención de darle el máximo control en cada momento. Ésta sensibilidad recaerá de pleno sobre el usuario, que deberá reaccionar ante todas las amenazas que se produzcan, empezando por el hecho de que los pases ordinarios no se conducirán automáticamente hacia el jugador más cercano, sino que deberán orientarse al receptor de la forma más precisa posible.

I'm sure once upon a time, I ran across a blog that was hosting a Pink Saturday party. I can't seem to find it so might have to start my own. Anyway here is some pink that tickled me ...pink!

I seriously am in love with this car. It was parked next to the thrift store where I was shopping. I would definately be seen in this. I think I would dye my hair pink to match.

This set of dishes was at the flea market where I got my funky chair. He wanted a hundred dollars for the set and about the same for the chair. I spent hours agonizing over which to get. Went home , thought about it some more, came back the next day, figuring if one was gone that would make my decision easier. They were both there still, so I went with the chair but took some pictures of the dishes so I could remember them. I don't know if the colour really comes through in the picture, but the patina of these dishes took my breath away. They looked like they were from the forties or so. If it had been a set of dinner dishes, I wouldn't have been able to resist them but as they are just a tea set and I don't really drink tea or coffee, I had to go with the chair being more useful. I still think these would have looked awesome displayed in my kitchen.

Since I got my floathome, I feel obliged to spend any extra monies I have on renovation supplies. This is a good thing but not quite as satisfying as finding a good deal at the thrift store on pretty stuff. The other day , I couldn't take it anymore and needed a fix of thrift store treasure hunting. Here are my finds of the week

 I seriously love this dish set. The design on the edge is raised and the colour is a beautiful butter yellow

 Interesting story behind this set. I found the bowls in one store and spent quite a bit of time contemplating buying them but as it was only the bowls, I decided not to. Later that day, I went in another store across town and they had the plates! I took that as a sign from the universe that they were meant for me, so bought them then had to hustle back to the other store to get the bowls. They are a lovely soft sage green that will look good in my new sage green accent kitchen.

 I also found this green rug for in front of the sink, its got lovely thick plush to sink my toes into while washing up.

 Some shabby chic fruit for display, love the crackly paint finish on them!

 I love anything Buddha, the hands are great but I especially love the candles which are shaped as lotus flowers.

 and last but not least, my find of the day was these wonderful Christmas ornaments. There were 14 of them altogether for the paltry price of 2.99 for all. I LOVE the hand painted faces.

Total spent......under 20 dollars.....how good it made me feel.......priceless
