Please find below a statement which describes a case set down for hearing 2 April 2009 before the Regional Court of Thies jurisdiction in civil and commercial matters:
A foreign investor suffers a lot of pressure and is rob.
On the evening of March 14 to 15, 2009, the Operations Director of Golf Saly fell into an ambush on the road to Saly.
He became "trapped" by two 4x4 black, no license plate. The first arrested him by making him a fish tail, while the second was blocked by the left. A passenger rolled down the window, asking the Director: "It goes to golf? Warning ... ! "Brandishing a machete.
latter filed a complaint against X from March 16, 2009 the brigade of Saly.
This aggression coincides strangely with a subpoena issued few days earlier by SARL Golf Saly SAPCO the cons and the Prestige Golf SCI who have dispossessed of 21 000 m² illegally, to enable the realization of a building program: The Prestige Golf.
Returning to the facts that preceded these events.
Two businessmen in Brussels (Belgium), fell in love with Senegal for many years.
Few people know this but they are among the pioneers of the resort of Saly, which owes its growth largely to their financial and human investments.
While Saly Nord, was a project for SAPCO, they had the idea in 1994 to create a golf course in this "no man's land, turning this desert plateau in wooded green space, swallowing amounts very important to conduct this mammoth project to completion (planting of 60,000 trees and many ornamental plants on seventy acres, irrigation, sanitation, construction of the clubhouse, etc. ... and at the key create a hundred jobs).
In these circumstances the SAPCO, seeing the interest that a golf course to start building programs, he has made 25 March 1997 a long lease for a term of 30 years automatically renewable.
Subsequently, everyone knows: Saly Nord has generated genuine enthusiasm for developers, and there are now twenty programs on housing estates causing an unprecedented housing boom.
These developers are happy and gentlemen Treynet Yves Jean Claude Noisette who have benefited much more than others to the reputation and image of the Gulf of Saly as they proposed in 2002 at the Golf de Saly surrender their 26,000 sq ft subject to the approval of the SAPCO, to implement the first tranche a property development of 60 villas on the golf course called "The Villas at Golf."
