Hasil visum itu diterima setelah jenazah dibawa ke rumah duka di Jalan Naar RT 02/04 Jembatan 5, Rawalumbu, Kota Bekasi, sekitar pukul 12.00 WIB. Meski sudah mendapat hasil visum, namun polisi belum berhasil menemukan proyektil peluru yang tembus ke bagian belakang kepala korban.

"Kami hanya menemukan empat proyektil peluru milik anggota yang sempat menembaki pelaku di dalam mobil," lanjutnya. Sebelumnya, Sugiyantoro diduga tewas karena tertembak peluru dari senjata laras panjang.

Untuk mengungkap kasus ini,  kepolisian Bekasi sudah membentuk tim yang terdiri dari unit reserse yang dibantu Resmob Polda Metro Jaya dan Densus 88 Antiteror. "Jumlah tim tersebut tidak tahu pasti, namun akan kami maksimalkan personel yang ada," jelasnya.

Meski Densus 88 ikut dalam tim ini, Imam menegaskan, peristiwa yang menimpa anak buahnya itu murni upaya percobaan perampokan.

Korban yang tengah berpatroli terkena tembakan dengan jarak 3 meter, karena ketika itu berniat mengetuk pintu mobil Kijang Innova hitam yang parkir mencurigakan. "Tiba-tiba salah satu pelaku menembak anak buah saya, sepertinya sudah dipersiapkan," ucapnya.

Setelah Sugiyantoro tertembak, anggota lain yang naik motor bersama korban Brigadir M Nuh langsung tiarap menyelamatkan diri. "Empat petugas lain yang naik dua motor, kemudian menembaki mobil yang berusaha kabur," tambahnya.

Setelah baku-tembak selama 5 menit para pelaku kemudian melarikan diri ke Jalan Raya Cibubur. "Setelah kejadian anggota melakukan penyisiran hingga ke wilayah Jonggol, kabupaten Bogor. Tapi mobil pelaku tidak ditemukan," ungkapnya.

Selain itu, Imam juga menyatakan bahwa pihaknya mengusulkan agar Sugiyantoro naik satu pangkat menjadi Aiptu Anumerta.

Selain itu, biaya sekolah kedua anak korban juga akan dipertimbangkan untuk bisa ditanggung hingga ke perguruan tinggi.

Usai divisum, jenazah Aipda Sugiyantoro langsung dibawa ke rumah duka. Kedatangan jenazah yang sudah mengabdi di Kepolisian sejak 1993 tersebut disambut isak tangis keluarga dan kerabat serta rekan kerja.

Jenazah lalu dishalatkan di Masjid Al-Makmur yang berjarak sekitar 100 meter dari rumah duka, dan sekitar pukul 13.30 WIB langsung dibawa ke TPU Poncol Margahayu Bekasi Timur untuk di makamkan.
