Pristono wish the meeting to yield the best solution. He, along with Ditlantas Dishub JAWA Polda Metro Jaya will attempt to obtain an exit in order to parse the congestion in the area of Gatot Subroto.

Chaotic Separator, Dishub Veteran Law

VIVAnews - Wakil Gubernur DKI Jakarta, Prijanto, mengajak pengurus Legiun Veteran Republik Indonesia menyelesaikan persoalan separator Movable Concrete Barrier di Jalan Gatot Subroto, yang dianggap menghambat jalan masuk ke Plaza Semanggi.

Guna mencari jalan keluar atas persoalan ini, pekan depan Prijanto akan meminta pengurus LVRI datang dalam rapat pimpinan di Balai Kota DKI Jakarta.

"Akan diminta datang untuk ikut mengkaji. Agar jelas bagaimana hasilnya," ujar Prijanto di Balai Kota DKI Jakarta, Rabu, 1 Juni 2011.

Menurut Prijanto, ada tiga kemungkinan yang dapat dilakukan berkaitan dengan pemasangan separator beton itu. Dibuka sepenuhnya, ditutup, atau dengan sistem buka-tutup. Meskipun sejauh ini pemasangan separator dapat mengurai kemacetan di kawasan itu.

"Untuk sementara, tampaknya dengan ditutup itu mengurai kemacetan yang mengekor," ungkapnya.

Menanggapi laporan polisi oleh Dishub DKI, Prijanto berharap seluruh pihak mengerti karena ini persoalan yang terpisah dengan kebijakan yang sedang dikaji. Karena hal itu sudah termasuk pengerusakan.

"Pelanggaran itu tetap pelanggaran. Sebagai pembelajaraan, jadi diingatkan, katanya hukum sebagai panglima," tegasnya.

Sebelumnya, separator Movable Concrete Barrier di Jalan Gatot Subroto, tepatnya di samping Plaza Semanggi, kembali dibongkar paksa oleh pihak veteran, Senin sore, 30 Mei 2011. Tindakan pengrusakan ini bukan pertama kalinya yang dilakukan oleh pihak veteran.

Setelah Dishub DKI memasang MCB di lokasi, sebanyak empat petugas disiagakan. Selain itu pihaknya juga mendapatkan bantuan dari kepolisian untuk mengamankan lokasi. Namun, saat pembongkaran paksa sore itu, jumlah veteran jauh lebih banyak sehingga petugas memilih mengalah.

Guna mengantisipasi pembongkaran paksa lagi, selanjutnya Dishub DKI berencana akan membuat separator permanen, agar tidak mudah dibongkar. Namun, belum bisa dipastikan kapan pembuatannya akan dilakukan. (umi)

Soal Separator, DKI Ajak Veteran Cari Solusi

VIVAnews - Puluhan anggota Legiun Veteran Republik Indonesia (LVRI) menghalangi petugas Dinas Perhubungan DKI Jakarta yang akan nemasang separator Movable Concrete Barrier (MCB) permanen di samping Plaza Semanggi, Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jakarta Selatan.

Disampaikan Kepala Seksi Rekayasa Jalan Dishub DKI Jakarta, Mirza Soelarso, akibat adanya penjagaan itu, pemasangan separator terpaksa ditunda. Hal ini untuk menghindari bentrokan dengan angota LVRI yang sudah berjaga sejak pagi hari. 

"Tadi pemasangan kita tunda karena menghindari benturan, Kita belum tahu kapan dipasang lagi," ujarnya, Rabu 1 Juni 2011.

Menurutnya, pemasangan perlu segera dilakukan mengingat, akses jalan di kawasan Semanggi dari Slipi dan Sudirman, mengalami kemacetan akibat persilangan kendaraan yang akan masuk ke Plaza Semanggi.

"Saat dibuka kemacetan bertambah. Lihat saja sekarang, sudah banyak masyarakat yang mengeluh," katanya.

Rencana pemasangan 20 separator yang sebelumnya dibongkar, masih terus dikoordinasikan dengan LVRI, untuk mencari solusi terbaik.

"Sudah ada jalan alternatif meski masih sempit, tapi butuh proses terkait dengan pembebasan tanah," katanya.

Sementera itu, Kepala Humas Legiun Veteran Kolonel (Purn) HA Azis M menyesalkan sikap Dishub yang arogan dengan melaporkan veteran kepada polisi dengan tuduhan mencuri.

"Dishub telah memyakiti hati para veteran. Kita dilaporkan sebagai pencuri. Sampai titik darah penghabisan akan diperjuangkan," ujarnya.

Dari pantuan VIVanews.com, truk yang mengangkut separator yang akan dipasang sudah meninggalkan lokasi. Penjagaan dari anggota veteran masih dilakukan bersama dengan anak-anak mereka. Akibat kejadian itu, terjadi kemacetan akibat penyempitan jalan dari Sudirman menuju Gatot Subroto dan Slipi. (eh)
